ANNKE offers a 2-year limited warranty for all new ANNKE-branded products and a 1-year warranty for ANNKE-certified refurbished products.

  • The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
  • This warranty only applies to purchases made on the ANNKE official website.
  • For products purchased from third-party sellers, please contact them directly for warranty service.

    Improper Use or Handling

    1.) Damage due to misuse, abuse, modification, disassembly, or drops.
    2.) Products disassembled without authorization from ANNKE technicians.
    3.) Damage caused by upgrading to unofficial firmware or software.

    Repair Issues

    1.) Damage caused by repairs performed by third parties.
    2.) Damage resulting from modifications or repairs by unauthorized suppliers, users, or manufacturers.

    ANNKE is a customer-centric company, and we always prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a NEW ANNKE product, you may request a full refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

    4.Warranty Period

  • 1.) Complete the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form by clicking [here].
  • 2.) Submit the RMA form to our customer service team at support@annke.com.
  • 3.) Pack the product securely and return it to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • 4.) Share the return tracking number with the customer service team. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 2 business days after verification.
  • Note: The return package must include all products and accessories and be shipped using a trackable method; otherwise, refunds will not be processed.
